1. The client.
A brand with an audience, products and existing demand
Moda 13 is a women's fashion brand with an established social media community and a business model supported by both digital and direct sales.
The brand could already generate attention and traffic. The next step was turning that asset into sales more efficiently and building a digital structure ready to grow.

2. The challenge.
The challenge was not simply more traffic, but making existing demand more profitable
Moda 13 had visibility and an active community, but there was room to improve two critical areas: the store's conversion capacity and the use of advertising to turn demand into measurable sales.
The catalogue structure, shopping experience and product presentation needed to evolve. At the same time, an advertising system was needed to identify which creative assets and campaigns generated sales, and at what cost.

3. The solution.
We optimised ecommerce and acquisition as parts of one system
We worked on Shopify to improve navigation, collection structure, product pages and the purchase journey, prioritising conversion and ease of use.
Alongside this, we implemented and optimised Meta Ads campaigns, analysing creative assets, acquisition costs and purchase volume to reallocate investment towards the best-performing ads.
The aim was not isolated actions, but connecting shopping experience, acquisition and measurement within one strategy.

4. The result.
From 1 July to 12 October 2026, Moda 13 recorded €15,200 in Shopify online sales. We worked on its catalogue, shopping journey and Meta Ads campaigns to connect its store with customer acquisition.
This figure covers the online sales channel, not total sales across all Shopify channels.
Current status.
From optimisation to scaling
CRM and email marketing are described as work in progress or the next stage of the project. The aim is to support repeat purchases and customer relationships; no email revenue, retention or lifetime value results are available for this case.
