02 / Data we may receive.
When you contact Aurora Start, we may receive your name, email, phone number, company, website address and the information included in your enquiry. Do not send health data, identity documents or other sensitive data unless needed to manage a specific request.
Integrated and authorised optional tools may process browsing information, device identifiers and usage events. These are described in the cookie policy. The server may also record technical data necessary to serve and protect the site.
03 / Purposes and legal bases.
- Responding to enquiries and preparing requested proposals: pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request and, where applicable, consent.
- Providing services and managing client relationships: performance of the contract.
- Invoicing, accounting and meeting tax obligations: compliance with legal obligations.
- Protecting the site's operation and handling incidents: legitimate interest in system security, balanced against users' rights.
- Non-essential analytics and advertising measurement: prior consent, which can be withdrawn through “Cookie settings”.
We will not treat an enquiry as automatic permission to send you advertising. Promotional communications require the appropriate legal basis and a way to object or unsubscribe.

Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle them and, in accordance with Aurora Start's published policy, for a maximum of two years, unless a contractual relationship or legal obligation justifies a different period.
Contract, payment and invoicing documentation is retained for the applicable statutory periods. Where appropriate, data is restricted to address potential liabilities and deleted when those periods end. Browser storage duration is stated in the cookie policy.
05 / Providers and recipients.
Microsoft Clarity is used to analyse interactions with the website through heatmaps and session recordings. Its code only loads if you accept the Analytics category. You can withdraw that permission through Cookie settings in the footer.
Aurora Start declares its use of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, HubSpot, Stripe and Holded. Their involvement depends on the service used: analytics, advertising measurement, contact management, payments or administration and invoicing. Not all these tools need to load on every page or visit.
Hosting and technology providers may access data to the extent necessary to deliver their services, under applicable terms and safeguards. Data may also be disclosed where legally required.
If a provider transfers data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must be covered by an adequacy decision or other valid safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. You can request information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your specific relationship by writing to contacto@aurorastart.es.
06 / Your rights.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Write to contacto@aurorastart.es stating your request. We will only request additional information to verify your identity when necessary.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. No decisions with legal effects are made solely on the basis of the banner or this website's operation.
07 / External services and updates.
Opening WhatsApp, social networks or provider links takes you to services with their own privacy policies. The WhatsApp button does not load a tracking widget: it opens a link when clicked.
We may update this information when processing activities or regulations change. Changes do not replace consent where it is required.
