1. The client.
Patricia Ruiz had a professional background in accounting and decided to apply her experience to teaching, focusing on upper-secondary students who need support to understand the subject and approach exams with greater confidence. Her distinctive value was not simply knowing accounting, but explaining it clearly from real, practical experience.

2. The challenge.
The starting point was not simply creating a website to offer lessons, but turning professional knowledge into a structured, marketable educational offering. We needed to define what would be offered, how it would be presented and how it could be perceived as a specific solution for families and students seeking practical help to pass and understand the subject, rather than generic theory.
The project also needed its own identity. A coherent, professional and approachable brand had to differentiate the service and support an offering with two clear paths: a more comprehensive, guided programme and the option to book individual lessons as needed.

3. The solution.
Aurora Start approached the project through product definition and positioning, not just design. First, we defined the offer's structure to turn Patricia's experience into an understandable service, with a clear main proposition, a recognisable methodology and a well-defined distinction between the programme and individual lessons.
We then developed the full branding to give the project identity, coherence and credibility. The brand was built to communicate clarity, trust and an academic focus, aligning its image with the target audience and the teacher's professional value.
The website was then designed as a conversion landing page, explaining the student's problem, presenting a structured solution, reinforcing Patricia's authority and making booking or contact easy. The entire journey was designed to reduce objections, clarify the offer and turn the client's technical knowledge into a real commercial proposition.

4. The result.
Patricia now has her own educational brand and a digital presence ready to sell her knowledge more clearly and professionally. The project transformed her accounting experience into a well-structured teaching service, with a recognisable proposition and an offer that is easier to communicate to the market.
The new website does more than present the service: it structures the buying decision, differentiates options and builds trust among students and families. The result is a solid foundation for attracting students to both the full programme and individual lessons, professionalising the project and giving it its own business identity and commercial logic.
